Committees.
Magazine Committee.
The Magazine Committee. The Secretary of the Club is main leader of this committee. This committee helps publish things like magazines, newsletters, flyers, logos, and more. They are a big help in making our club public.
Officers.
Vice Chairman.
The Vice Chairman of the club will be the greatest help of the club. The Vice Chairman is supposed to work with the Chairman, take control if the Chairman is not present, and attend every meeting. The Vice Chairman is the second biggest leader of the club and should be the chairman's right hand helper.
Social Media Committee.
The Social Media Committee is just as it sounds like, it is the team that is in charge of our publicity on the Social Media Sites like Facebook, and Instagram. They are in charge of keeping it updated with news of our club and events. The Committee leader is Mitchell Lewis. Mitchell Lewis is a member of the 12th District Republican Youth Club.
Apparel Committee.
The Apparel Committee is in control of designing shirts, hats, etc. The Treasurer is the Head of this committee. The Treasurer and the committee help out the finances and the money to pay for the apparel.
Secretary.
The Secretary also has a huge role. The Secretary will guide us with the attendance of the club, who is a member of the club, etc. This person will help the Chairman keep a record of who joins the club. This person will also help with new coming members that would like to join. They will help people sign up and join and tell them all the information they need to know about this club. The Secretary will keep a list of all the members and will keep track of who attends the meetings and who is absent. They also have the job of keeping track of the time of meetings, and how long the meetings are held. Also, the Secretary is responsible for mailing and posting announcements and notices, and for keeping track of any paperwork. This person is the head of the Magazine Committee.
Treasurer.
The Treasurer will help with the club finances and money of the club. The Treasurer would collect all dues and pay all expenses as directed. The Treasurer is responsible for establishing a bank account (if necessary). Also being ready to prepare monthly financial statements. The Treasurer is responsible for preparing the annual budget. This person is the head of the Apparel Committee.
